Developmental Screenings

During a personalized home visit, a Parent Educator provides periodic developmental, health, vision and hearing screening for early identification of developmental delays or problems. This is usually held during the time of the child’s birthday. A regular review of each child’s developmental progress identifies strengths and abilities, as well as areas of concern. The Parent Educator is equipped to make recommendations for follow-up services with many different agencies and organizations for families needing additional services.
